Analysis of the current situation of ship outfitting in China

In consideration of the new trend of agile manufacturing technology and the research and development of new generation shipbuilding technology abroad, experts in China's shipbuilding industry put forward the following development stages of shipbuilding mode in combination with the shipbuilding production mode, the intensive state of enterprise production factors, the intermittent boundary of production process and the prediction of future development:

Phase 1: System oriented shipbuilding mode: slipway bulk, dock outfitting, and whole ship painting.

Phase 2: System and regional oriented shipbuilding mode: segmented construction, pre outfitting, and pre coating.

Three stages: area, type, and stage shipbuilding mode: lane construction, area outfitting, and area painting.

Four stages: intermediate product oriented stage: integration of shell, outfitting, and coating.

Five stages: Product oriented stage: Integration of design and manufacturing.

1、 The second stage belongs to traditional shipbuilding technology, the third and fourth stages belong to modern shipbuilding technology, and the fifth stage belongs to future shipbuilding technology. The modern shipbuilding model can be understood as manufacturing based on the theory of overall planning and optimization, applying the principle of group technology, guided by intermediate products, organizing production according to regions, and arranging shell and outfitting operations in space and time, achieving the integration of design, production, and management, and achieving balanced and continuous final assembly shipbuilding.
